Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your carrier, and message delivery is not guaranteed.

Participating carriers include, but may not be limited to: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. This program is available on all major US and Canadian carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and opt-in information are handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Joe Warren reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
